Previous careers included American Quarter Horse Breeder on her ranch in Temecula, with her stallions 1978 AQHA Reserve World Champion Working Cow Horse "Doc's Sneaky Pete" and AQHA Superior Cutting Horse "Peppy Chex Doc".
Prior to that a career in hematology and immunology, that included original research work on human organ transplant tissue typing for compatibility.

Caroline´s husband, Marty, is a licensed CalBRE agent, and has extensive knowledge of home construction and remodeling. He has over 30 years experience in the design engineering field of material handling systems. Marty assists Caroline with her real estate business.
Marty and Caroline are actively involved as members of Rancho Community Church, in Temecula. They spent time in Indonesia on a church sponsored short term mission trip in 2005 that changed their lives! They were two of a team of just 5 people, sent to report on the tsunami and 10.2 Richter earthquake devastated areas of the island of Nias, off the west coast of Sumatra. Also a visit to the Jakarta and Bali areas of Indonesia.
They built, own and operate a well equipped horse boarding and training facility in Sage, east of the Temecula Wine Country.
